Job Description

New Product Marketing Director

*London

*6 months contract with potential for full-time conversion

We're looking for a new product Marketing Director to join Liberty Growth, our $3bn investment portfolio of fast-growing businesses in content, tech, and infrastructure. You'll own how a new product comes to life – from brand foundations through to acquisition engine.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll shape how we bring a new product to market: defining who we're talking to, what we're saying, and making sure it converts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in brand and performance, gets energy from new technology, and has the digital-native instincts to know what works before the budget gets spent.

What you'll own

  • Go-to-market strategy and MVP launch

  • Brand development, positioning, and messaging

  • Customer acquisition across digital and offline channels: paid, organic, social, search

  • CAC optimisation, attribution, and performance reporting

  • Building AI-powered marketing workflows, from creative production and audience targeting to performance analysis and reporting

  • Agency and stakeholder management

What we're looking for

  • Creative, high-energy, and genuinely passionate about technology and AI

  • An AI-native approach: you already use AI tools day-to-day and understand how they're reshaping acquisition, creative, and analytics

  • End-to-end digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital-native business

  • Strong brand sensibility alongside genuine performance marketing fluency

  • Proven ability to launch new products or thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments

  • Background in consumer apps, fintech, subscription, or DTC a plus

  • A self-starter who sees what needs doing and gets on with it

Who we are:

This role sits within Liberty Growth, Liberty Global’s $3bn investment portfolio of fast-growing businesses in content, tech, and infrastructure. Liberty Global is a group of operators and investors managing three platforms – Liberty Telecom, Liberty Growth, and Liberty Services , driving value across European markets and beyond.

Liberty Global is an equal opportunity employer. If you are curious and resilient with a limitless mindset, we’re eager to hear from you, no matter your background.
