New Product Introduction and Sales Enablement Lead

The NPI & Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end launch readiness and sales enablement for new display and docking products in a highly dynamic, creative, and energetic team environment. This role ensures successful market introduction by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing differentiated product messaging, and delivering high-quality sales and marketing assets.


Responsibilities

New Product Introduction & Launch Readiness

  • Own and manage comprehensive launch readiness plans for new display and docking products across the product lifecycle.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with product management, engineering, technology development, sales, marketing, and online teams.
  • Establish, track, and execute against rigorous schedules, milestones, and launch deliverables.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and lead mitigation actions to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.

Product Messaging, Positioning & Competitive Differentiation

  • Develop clear, compelling messaging frameworks that articulate product value propositions, differentiation, and target use cases.
  • Synthesize competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer insights into actionable positioning.
  • Translate complex technical features into customer-relevant benefits for sales, partners, and customers.

Sales Enablement & Content Development

Create and deliver a full suite of sales and marketing materials, including:

  • ​Product presentations and pitch decks
  • Sales training and enablement content
  • Product data sheets and comparison tools
  • Digital and online-facing content
  • Partner with global marketing, creative, and online teams to ensure consistency, quality, and readiness across channels.
  • Support field readiness by equipping sales teams with the tools and narratives needed to confidently sell at launch and beyond.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

  • Act as a central point of coordination across global, cross-discipline teams.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders and leadership on status, risks, and priorities.
  • Continuously refine launch and enablement processes to improve execution speed and quality.



Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in new product introduction, product marketing, sales enablement, program management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience launching technology products and delivering sales-facing content.


Knowledge & Business Skills

  • Strong understanding of product marketing, NPI processes, and sales enablement best practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and convert them into clear, compelling customer messaging
  • Robust critical thinking and analytical skills to understand and assess competitive and external market factors that can influence product positioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience creating presentation-based and written assets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, online content, and modern enablement tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

The pay range for this role is$130,700to$205,200USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
