Job Title New Product Fulfillment and Database Engineer
General Purpose
Primarily Responsible to learn and Support Fulfillment role for New Product Development and Prepare BOM and Database.
• Define, locate, and secure internal and external manufacturing and assembly resources and establish and maintain a network to support product design, development, and commercialization.
• Act as communication link with Operations Teams to ensure the current availability of product development information.
• Build BOM for Seating and Workstations for all Standard Offerings.
• Build BOM for Special Requests.
• Maintain Database which affects Operational Parameters.
• Work on Costings and Provide DMC for the stake Holders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in R&D and BOM Building.
Additional Essential Functions
• Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude to change and adaptable to meet new challenges.
• Self-motivated – able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Any ERP knowledge is an advantage.
