About The Role

This position is under the which will manage the development of Tentang Anak Private Label for digestible products and skin care. This person is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including planning, gathering, and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. This position also ensures the product supports the companys overall values, mission, and vision.

• Conduct research and development for new and on-demand product

• Work closely with external third parties to assess product development, partnership, and licensing opportunities (i.e Maklon, BPOM)
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples, including managing panel testing for product quality and performance.
• Conduct market and product analysis to analyze product positioning in the market.
• Managing product development from timeline and financial projection to ensure product launch align with initial plan and target.
• Negotiate and create partnership terms with external parties.
• Analyzing product performance based on market insight and create improvement for new batch of product.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager or Research and Development managing skincare or beauty care in the consumer goods/retail industry.
• Deep understanding of product research and development cycle and process
• Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market.
• Technical background with experience in Product licensing management procedures (i.e BPOM Procedure) is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced industry.
