
Warehouse Associate
Location: Reno, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (10 hours) 7:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $18.50
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for pulling merchandise, preparing shipments, replenishing inventory, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced using handheld scanning devices and warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking & Pulling (70%)
Repetitively pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs from storage locations
Use handheld radio frequency (RF) scanners to scan and record selected merchandise
Select merchandise within computer-operated pick modules or carousel systems
Ensure accuracy and quality when fulfilling orders
Shipping & Material Movement (10%)
Receive, pick, package, load, and move merchandise for shipment
Prepare shipments in boxes or on pallets
Operate powered or manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Verify items prior to shipment to ensure accuracy
Inventory Replenishment (10%)
Replenish stock in designated storage locations
Ensure proper rotation and organization of inventory
Inventory Control (10%)
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts
Compare physical inventory to computer records
Identify and report discrepancies
Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse documentation
Qualifications
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
Experience using RF scanners preferred
Experience operating pallet jacks (manual or powered) preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
