About The Leaders Rheum

The Leaders Rheum was born from a shared belief in transparency and physician autonomy. After building some of the largest rheumatology networks in the country, we recognized a gap. Independent practices needed a way to thrive without giving up their independence. We came together to create a model where rheumatologists remain fully in control of their own practices while gaining the collective strength, resources, and advantages of a large group. Here, independence isn’t compromised, it’s amplified.

We invest our time, helping practices grow rapidly and sustainably within their local markets, and nationally via group leverage and presence unlike any other, all while maintaining autonomy and independence. We enable our leaders to create clinical versatility and diversify revenue streams by applying cutting-edge technology and data insights to maximize efficiency and performance.

We have structured key centralized services to maximize savings, expedite operational excellence and expand access to innovation and clinical research and initiatives.
