The Role

• 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri)
• No weekends, no on-call
• Small animal GP-focused (optional urgent care)
• 30-minute appointments
• Perform surgery one day per week, including routine procedures and dentals
• New grads or experienced DVMs welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Prosal (base + commission; NO negative accrual)
• Medical/Dental/Vision: We pay 50% of employee premium
• Simple IRA with 3% match
• CE: $3,500 + 1 week PTO
