About the Opportunity

Reporting the New Members Team Leader, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding
experience—from application through to activation. You’ll engage with customers, clearly explain our services, and deliver a seamless experience that builds trust from day one.

As part of a high-performing, commercially aware team, you’ll also support onboarding completion, reduce customer friction, and identify opportunities to highlight the value of our products. Your impact will be recognised through performance-based incentives aligned to customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

·Process and assess new member applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to activation while maintaining high data integrity.

·Manage high-volume workloads to consistently meet SLAs and performance targets, proactively
resolving discrepancies through direct engagement with applicants.

·Speak directly with customers to guide them through the onboarding process, answer questions, and provide a clear, supportive and positive first impression of Paywise.

·Deliver clear, timely communication to minimise repeat contact and ensure customers understand the next steps, products, and available benefits.

·Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex onboarding issues, identify process inefficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement.

·Support business growth by enabling smooth handovers to Account Management

·Identifying and promoting relevant products and services during onboarding, contributing to
increased customer value, retention, and overall sales growth.

About you

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

·Experience in administration, processing, or high-volume environments.

·Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

·Excellent communication skills—confident explaining products and resolving queries.

·Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

·A proactive approach to problem- solving and follow-ups.

·Confident in identifying and promoting relevant products and services, contributing to both customer outcomes and sales growth.

·Motivated by incentives and performance outcomes tied to customer. engagement.

·Ability to turn onboarding conversations into positive, value-driven experiences.
