✔ Maintain a safe pool environment by monitoring swim areas and enforcing safety guidelines
✔ Support members and swimmers with a welcoming, positive attitude
✔ Provide high-quality swim lessons using the YMCA swim curriculum
✔ Participate in paid training, shadowing, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
✅ A minimum age of 16 years
📄 Current certifications in:
Lifeguarding
CPR/AED
First Aid
Oxygen Administration
💡 OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
🧘 A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail
🗣️ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
