Opening Shifts: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 8:30 AM

As an Aquatics Opener, you’ll help kick off the day by ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our early morning members. Whether you’re lifeguarding, assisting swimmers, or supporting aquatics programming, your role is key to creating a positive start to each day.

- Maintain a safe aquatic environment by monitoring pool areas and enforcing safety guidelines
- Provide friendly, welcoming support to members and swimmers
- Assist with or lead swim instruction using YMCA curriculum (as certified)

Qualifications
- ✅ A minimum age of 16 years
- 📄 Current certifications in:

- - Oxygen Administration

- 💡 OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
- 🧘 A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
