We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about people, energized by process improvement, and proud of delivering a top-notch, white-glove onboarding experience for both new hires and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, relationship-driven, and thrives on owning an experience end-to-end.

Your Impact
As the Onboarding Specialist, you will independently manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires across all roles, departments, and multi-state locations—from offer acceptance through first-day readiness and early integration milestones.
You’ll serve as a key connector between Recruiting Specialists, HR Generalists, Payroll, IT, Office Administration, and hiring leaders, ensuring onboarding is compliant, efficient, engaging, and consistently high-quality.
