CRH Americas Recruiting Center is looking to identify a New Hire Administrator for our team. The role will be part of a 5-6 person administrative group that processes offer letters and runs background checks for new hires under the guidance of the Recruiting Operations Manager.
Job Location
This full-time position is a hybrid role out of our office in Rochester, NY.
Job Responsibilities
Create and email all new hire offers, ensuring accuracy of documents including offer letter
Utilize the electronic onboarding process for new hires as appropriate
Work closely with various product companies under the CRH umbrella to update electronic offer packets with appropriate required forms
Input and monitor progress of new hire screenings such as drug testing and background checks, keeping all appropriate individuals apprised of progress/results and expected completion
Provide support, as needed, to the Recruiting Operations Manager for corporate projects, initiatives, and event support
Participate in staffing project teams and provide project management support as needed
Manage the archiving of candidate onboarding folders
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information
Order office supplies, equipment, and business cards
Assist the department in the coordination and set up of meetings and events
Ensure that office is clean and organized, including supply closet, conference rooms and kitchen area
Order food and coordinate lunch meetings
Greet visitors at the reception area and direct appropriately
Collaborate with vendors on any escalated issues
Participate in HR welcome calls
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
2+ years experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced office environment or equivalent experience
HR paperwork knowledge preferred
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products – MS Excel
