Compensation and Benefits*

• Estimated annual salary of $94,000-$116,000 per year (based on pay per visit model)
• IHT Milestone Reward Program- earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (details provided at offer stage)

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus- earn additional weekly pay based on home care visit complexity and volume

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
• Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
