Mercy Hospital’s 10M Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Stepdown Unit provides care to higher acuity pulmonology and cardiac patients. These patients may require telemonitoring or hardwire monitors and may have trachs, vents and IV drips (non-titrate). Many of these patients go to Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Diagnostics, the Cath Lab and MRI. By joining 10M as an RN Resident, you will provide care to these patients, alongside a coach. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.

A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
