We are a not-for-profit and physician led integrated multispecialty group practice with over 400 physicians and advanced practitioners caring alongside our nursing staff for patients in our 304-bed hospital and clinic with over 50 specialties. Billings Clinic has carefully developed a nurse residency program which assists new registered nurses bridge the gap in the transition from student to a competent, professional nurse over their first year of practice. Our nurse residency program offers a supportive environment which allows our new nurses to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence which are vital components in the care of our patients. All new grads or nurses with less than 1 year of RN experience that are offered a position are required to participate in a Nurse Residency Program and will be assigned to one of three Residency Cohorts (spring, summer, fall).To learn more about our Nurse Residency program, deadlines, expectations, and application requirements, please click here. THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT, NCLEX REIMBURSEMENT AND TUITION LOAN REPAYMENT.Under general supervision, utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, and theoretical/clinical skills in the promotion/maintenance of health. Incorporates evidence-based nursing practices consistent with national standards and which support quality outcomes. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing care. Directs the plan of care while maintaining professionalism.
