• This role is responsible for conducting specialized tasks related to day-to-day production, quality control, equipment maintenance, and process improvement with minimal supervision. The role leads and manages all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production, product quality, and the achievement of operational goals. The role collaborates with team members and supervisors to implement changes or modifications to improve production processes.

Responsibilities
• Performs specialized job assignments in the manufacturing process with minimal supervision.
• Conducts moderate-complex tasks, such as testing high-end servers.
• Monitors the execution of process-oriented tasks of junior team members.
• Identifies opportunities for optimization of complex processes and efficiency improvements.
• Leads production tasks and operates machinery while continuing to support quality assurance measures.
• Assists with products well into maturity life-cycle as well as new products.
• Supports engineers with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and prototyping.
• Serves as lead for an area within their shift and compiles data for reports to supervisors.
• Performs quality checks and inspections on manufactured products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Understands and executes to customer expectations like Customer to Order (CTO) expectations.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
