This role sits at the intersection of development, leasing, project coordination, and marketing, supporting projects from pre-development through launch and stabilization.
The ideal candidate has experience working on residential new development projects and understands how thoughtful planning, pricing, and execution contribute to a successful lease-up. You will work closely with developers, architects, leasing teams, and marketing partners to help bring projects to market and ensure they perform once launched.

Role & Responsibilities
Project Management & Development Support
- Assist in managing projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from pre-development through lease-up and stabilization
- Coordinate with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and outstanding action items
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and project updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site visits during construction and model unit build-out to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Help coordinate punch list items, model unit completion, and launch readiness
- Maintain project documentation, floorplans, pricing schedules, and marketing materials
Leasing Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Assist in developing leasing strategies for new development projects
- Analyze market data, competitive properties, and leasing trends to support pricing recommendations
- Participate in unit pricing discussions and rent roll reviews
- Monitor leasing velocity and absorption rates and provide reporting to internal teams and clients
- Track concessions, market shifts, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with revenue projections, leasing forecasts, and stabilization planning
- Support lease-up efforts by identifying opportunities to improve occupancy and leasing performance
Product Positioning & Market Analysis
- Review floorplans and unit mixes from a leasing and marketability perspective
- Provide feedback on layouts, functionality, and overall resident appeal
- Assist in evaluating amenity offerings and their impact on leasing performance
- Conduct competitive market research and maintain comparable property analyses
- Help ensure projects are positioned appropriately for their target audience
Marketing & Launch Support
- Coordinate project launches across listing platforms and marketing channels
- Ensure pricing, availability, floorplans, and unit details are accurate and up to date
- Work closely with marketing teams on project messaging, collateral, and launch materials
- Support broker previews, launch events, open houses, and ongoing leasing initiatives
- Assist in tracking marketing effectiveness and lead generation efforts
- Serve as a liaison between leasing, marketing, development, and ownership teams
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in new development, leasing, project coordination, property management, or a related real estate field
- Experience supporting residential development projects from pre-development through lease-up
- Strong understanding of leasing strategy, rental pricing, lease-up execution, and absorption analysis
- Ability to analyze market comparables and make informed pricing recommendations
- Experience working with floorplans, rent rolls, and project schedules
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Bluebeam, and other project management or presentation tools
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain preferred
