We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:

• Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise.
• Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goal.
• Successfully complete follow-up calls.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Remodel/New Construction experience is required
• Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
