Location: Swindon, Newport or Stockton-on-Tees (Hybrid Working)

We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a visible impact while developing deep expertise.
This role sits at the heart of that journey. As New Client Onboarding Manager, you'll coordinate and lead onboarding activity for new and existing clients, ensuring the payroll service is ready, equipped and aligned to deliver a high-quality, compliant and efficient service. You will work closely with operational teams, Subject Matter Experts and project partners to translate client needs into clear, actionable delivery requirements.
