We’re on the search for a motivated and experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and actively contribute to the success of our New Vehicle Department. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be leading from the front and driving sales on the showroom floor - engaging with customers, and setting the standard for performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead within the Volkswagen brand while working in close collaboration with the Noble Toyota team, located within the same automotive precinct.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire buying process
• Meet and exceed sales targets, by identifying and closing sales opportunities
• Conduct product presentations and test drives with potential customers
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of VW products, services and financing options
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the sales process
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
• Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively with other departments

About You:

• Previous experience in an automotive leadership role
• A genuine passion for Volkswagen and the luxury vehicle market
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
