We are currently seeking an experienced New Car Director to lead new vehicle sales operations at our high-performing Honda dealership in North Richland Hills.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new car volume, maximizing profitability, and developing a strong, performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operations
• Drive volume, gross profit, and market share growth
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deal structure and closing performance
• Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to process and performance standards
• Oversee inventory strategy, aging units, and OEM alignment
• Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance across all new car operations
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years automotive sales management experience required
• Proven experience in high-volume automotive sales
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skills
• Strong F&I knowledge with proven ability to structure deals and maximize backend gross
• Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software (ex. Conquest)
• Honda/Import brand experience preferred

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Proven ability to close deals and drive results

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
