About the Role

[포지션 소개]
New Business Planning Specialist는 신계약 프로세스와 관련 시스템을 기획하고 운영합니다. 상품 및 규제 변화에 따른 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하고, 자동심사(STP) 및 디지털 청약 프로세스 최적화를 통해 고객 경험과 업무 효율성을 향상시키는 역할을 수행합니다.

[담당 업무]

1. New Business Process Planning & Analysis

- 신계약 E2E 프로세스 분석 및 개선

- 청약, 인수 심사(Underwriting), 계약성립 프로세스 기획 및 운영

- 신규 비즈니스 요구사항 정의 및 영향도 분석

- 업무 생산성 및 고객 경험 향상을 위한 개선 과제 발굴

2. System Planning & UAT

- 신상품 출시 및 상품 개정에 따른 시스템 요구사항 정의

- IT, 상품개발 및 유관 부서와 협업하여 시스템 구현 지원

- 신계약 관련 시스템 테스트 시나리오 수립 및 UAT 수행

- 신규 시스템 적용 후 안정화 및 운영 지원

3. Underwriting & STP Optimization

- 자동심사(STP) Rule 운영 및 개선

- STP율 향상을 위한 심사 기준 관리

- 심사 TAT(Turn Around Time) 개선을 위한 프로세스 최적화

- 인수 정책 변경사항의 시스템 반영 및 관리

4. Business Insight & Regulatory Monitoring

- 보험시장 및 디지털 신계약 트렌드 분석

- 감독규정 및 소비자보호 관련 요구사항 모니터링

- 대내외 감사 및 규제 대응 지원

[자격 요건]

- 신계약, 인수심사(Underwriting), 보험 운영(Operation) 또는 보험 시스템 관련 업무 경험

- 업무 요구사항 분석 및 UAT 수행 경험

- SQL(Query) 활용 능력

** 우대 사항

- 신계약 시스템 구축 또는 개선 프로젝트 참여 경험

- 자동심사(STP) 운영 경험

- 모바일 청약, 전자청약 또는 TM(Telemarketing) 프로세스 경험

- AI 또는 SQL 기반 데이터 분석 경험

- Regional 조직 또는 글로벌 환경에서의 업무 경험

[근무조건]

- 고용형태: 정규직
