As we expand TikTok Shop in the region, we are looking for a passionate and strategic New Business Manager to accelerate adoption and success of TikTok Shop Ads within our top enterprise and mid-market accounts.
About the Role
We are looking for New Business Manager Team Lead to join the Sales Team in Sao Paulo who will focus on growth, acquisition and ROI-driven advertisers. This business will be a critical driver within TikTok’s Revenue Partnerships organization, and will focus on disruptor advertisers in many business verticals. As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients, and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
- Organize go to market initiatives to acquire new clients;
- Manage a new business sales team into a high performance delivery;
- Setting targets and cadence with the new business team;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients;
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
- Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
