The Business Analyst – Data Entry role serves as a key support function for Career agents. In this position, you will join a team of associates responsible for ensuring applications are accurately and manually entered, reviewed, and validated in accordance with business standards.

You will play an important role in meeting daily and monthly processing deadlines while maintaining a high level of data accuracy. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for Career agents, assisting with questions and inquiries related to submitted business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and validate application data
  • Review submissions for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure daily and monthly deadlines are consistently met
  • Respond to and support agent inquiries regarding submitted applications via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and accountable in meeting responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Ability and willingness to cross-train and assist others during periods of increased workload or coverage needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred
