The New Business Agent is a production-focused sales role responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is primarily focused on quoting, selling, and binding Workers' Compensation insurance. Success in this role begins with developing a strong understanding of CCIS's products, systems, underwriting guidelines, and sales processes. This position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career through professional growth, strong earning potential, and meaningful contributions to the continued success of CCIS.
What Makes This Role Different? We believe great salespeople should spend their time selling. That's why CCIS invests significantly in marketing and lead generation to provide our agents with a steady pipeline of inbound opportunities. This is a hybrid role with 1 day WFH but will start onsite Monday-Friday during a probationary training period. The remaining days will be onsite in our Sacramento office, 9am-6pm PST.
