As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for a dedicated book of high-potential Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects. You will be responsible for strategically prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing advertisers, utilizing a value selling mindset to teach prospects about new market opportunities. By orchestrating multi-threaded sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, you will help them understand the transformative value of the TikTok Ads Platform and define a strategic roadmap for platform adoption. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop best-in-class acquisition strategies, building a high-velocity pipeline focused on long-term revenue potential and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Target & Nurture: Directly manage and nurture a named account list; develop comprehensive account plans for winning and expanding business with Middle Market and Enterprise companies.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process - from dedicated outbound prospecting to closing - while consistently meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative acquisition targets.
- Strategic Outbound: Generate a robust sales pipeline through high-activity outbound efforts, including phone, email, and 3rd party tooling, driving urgency in interactions.
- Executive Orchestration: Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives, managing complex multi-threaded cycles and ensuring the right executive touchpoints are leveraged at the right time.
- Consultative Value: Strategically consult with external stakeholders to align TikTok Ads strategies with their specific marketing objectives and business KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with leaders from Business Operations, Product, and Finance to lead complex product workshops and financial analyses, maintaining a strong feedback loop to drive platform strategy.
- Process Innovation: Lead and contribute to team projects that refine our sales process, helping build repeatable, scaled engagement models for the broader team.
- Seamless Onboarding: Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform, setting them up internally for long-term growth and sustainable spend.
