The Role We’relooking for a top-performingsellerwho thrives infast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and consistently delivers against ambitiousgoals.‑This is a hunter role on the New BusinessMid-MarketTeam at EZRA, responsible for generating revenue from net-‑new accounts across North AmericaandtheUK You will be the first, best impression of EZRA in-market, owning your territory end to end, shaping strategy, and leadingcomplexdeal cycles as we continue to expand our client base of globalmid-market accountsWhat You'll Do:
- Own a North AmericanandorUK mid-marketterritory, building and executing a strategic account and territory plan.
- Self-sourcehigh-qualityopportunities while partnering closely withSDRsto drive top-of-funnel activity(both inbound and outbound)

- Build trusted relationships and multi-thread across senior stakeholders to gain alignment and momentum.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification through contracting, including procurement, SOWs, and RFPs.
- Clearly link EZRA’s solutions to customer business outcomes through compelling discovery, demos, and storytelling, aligned with the EZRA Mid-Market Sales LevelOffering
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- Partnercross functionallywith Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other Adecco Group brands to unlock globalmid-marketopportunities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador for EZRA in your territory, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
About you:
- 3+ years of newbusiness sales experience in a complex, consultative environment, with a strongtrack recordof self-sourcing pipeline andcollaborating effectivelywith SDR teams.Experiencesellingservicingcustomers specificallyinmid-market territories for 2+ yearsis astrongplus.
- Knowledge of the HR / Learning & Development landscape, with experience selling to CHRO, L&D, and Talentleaders
- Demonstrated success navigating long,complexdeal cycles involving procurement, legal, SOWs, and RFPs.
- Exceptional client-facing capability: advanced active listening, clear and compelling communication, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong business and commercial acumen combined with strategic problem-solving skills to unlock momentum and drive measurable outcomes.
- World-class sales discipline - rigorous pipeline hygiene,prioritisationof high-impact activity, and consistent follow-through across multiple deals.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% ofyour time to engage clients,participatein in-person strategy sessions, and be present in key markets.
