New Account Specialist

$20-$22/hr

Who you are

Highly organized and efficient with strong attention to detail, capable of performing high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy while communicating with internal teams to ensure account requests are complete and processed in a timely manner.

What you will be doing:

• Data Entry Superhero who will be able to accurately, quickly, and thoroughly complete detailed data entry with intense attention to detail;
• Able to search and find data quickly, enter data for opening accounts, respond to customers promptly by email or telephone, sit for long periods, understanding of windows PC functionality; proficiency with basic computer use (keyboard, mouse, etc.) and ability to learn industry-specific specialized software programs;
• Ability to open, change and maintain customer accounts, reviewing and saving account documents including sales and use tax exemption forms, corresponding with other depts. regarding account requests;
• Kindness is required. This is a customer service position. Our team is customer service oriented, supportive of each other and our customers, with positive attitudes. a customer service mentality is a must;
• Detail oriented -- the data entered is critical to accurate logistics, invoicing, and sales. Accuracy is a necessity in this important role;
• We are a team of Doers -- no job is too large or too small. We say, "I think I can" instead of "that's not my job". We are looking for one more Doer!
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume environment is critical;
• A self-starter who can work independently, assigning and completing tasks with little supervision
• Willingness to cross-train is mandatory.

Skills You Bring:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Data Entry or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• Demonstrated data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of state sales and use taxes is preferred but not required.
• Legal experience preferred but not required.
