Job Description

Job Location: Valir PACE LLC - Oklahoma City, OK 73102
Position Type: Contractor
Job Shift: Any
Job Category: Business DevelopmentNevada PACE Advisor | Helping Introduce the PACE Model in Nevada (or "Expanding Community Based Care for Older Adults")
Valir Health is exploring the development of a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Nevada. PACE is an innovative healthcare model that provides comprehensive medical and social services to older adults who qualify for nursing home level care but prefer to remain living safely in their communities.
We are seeking a Nevada based healthcare advisor to help introduce the PACE model locally and support early market development ahead of program launch.
This individual will serve as a trusted local connector working with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, and aging services leaders to build awareness and partnerships that support the development of a future Nevada PACE program.
Key Activities
- Build relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and post acute providers
- Engage community organizations and senior serving partners
- Introduce the PACE model within Nevada’s healthcare and aging services network
- Attend healthcare and aging services events to represent Valir
- Identify potential provider network partners and community champions
- Support outreach and stakeholder engagement related to the Nevada PACE application process
About the RoleWe welcome individuals with strong connections across Nevada’s healthcare ecosystem such as former hospital leaders, healthcare executives, aging services leaders, or professionals experienced in healthcare business development or community partnerships.
Why This Role Matters: PACE programs provide coordinated healthcare and social services that allow older adults with complex medical needs to remain living in their communities rather than entering institutional care. This role will help introduce that model to Nevada for the first time.
This is a part time advisory engagement estimated at approximately 10 to 20 hours per month. Compensation will include a monthly retainer with milestone based incentives.
Location: Nevada preferred Las Vegas or Reno
Engagement Type: Independent Advisor
Estimated Commitment: 10 to 20 hours per month
If you are well connected within Nevada’s healthcare or aging services community and interested in helping bring an innovative care model to the state, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
