• Case Mix: General Neurosurgery with Cranial and Spinal procedures

• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Robotics available at both hospitals
• Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital support
• Support Staff Available: Neurosurgery team, OR staff, RNs, APPs
• Reason for Coverage: Group expansion
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
• Credentialing Timeline: TBD
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: $750,000 base salary
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Start Date Incentive: $50,000
• Relocation & Benefits: $14,000 relocation allowance + full benefits
• Partnership: Full partnership offered in 2 years

• Spinal Surgery
• Use of Robotics
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active GA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Board: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurosurgery
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Cranial and Spinal Neurosurgery experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Robotic surgery proficiency preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general neurosurgical care including cranial and spinal procedures
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation
• Perform surgeries at both Carrollton and Villa Rica hospitals
• Utilize available robotics for surgical procedures
• Collaborate with neurosurgery group and hospital staff
• Work toward full partnership within two years
