As our Neurologist, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Bismarck, ND, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of general neurology disorders, making a significant impact on their lives and families. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine.

You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within CHI St. Alexius Health, a Primary Stroke Center.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Neurologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurologic disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Join 3 Physicians and 1 APP
  • Outpatient practice: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with IP consultations
  • Hospitalists and Intensivists managed admissions
  • Call 1:3 - No Stroke Call
  • Minimum on-call load due to Telestroke services available 24/7 for ER and inpatient
  • Ability to conduct and perform EMG's and read EEG's
  • Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Neurosurgery, Interventional Radiology, Sleep Medicine and Pain Management
  • Teaching opportunities with UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Medical Students, UND Family Medicine Residents as well as Hospital Medicine Fellows

Required

  • American Board Certified or Board Eligibility
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program
  • Valid North Dakota medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of North Dakota
  • North Dakota DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
