Dementia screening
EEG / Video EEG
EMG
Videonystagmography (VNG)
Titration and outpatient neurological procedures
Patient education, care coordination, and specialty referrals
Qualifications
BC/BE Neurology
Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
