
Senior Occupational Therapist – Neurological Complex Care
Location: Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing care for individuals with neurological conditions. This role focuses on rehabilitation, condition management, and supporting patients to maximise independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for patients with neurological conditions
Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and monitor progress
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote functional recovery and independence
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and service development
Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in neurological rehabilitation and complex care
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
