Bajo una supervisión general, este puesto tiene como objetivo inspeccionar, mantener y reconstruir una variedad de Equipos de Manifold de Descarga (DME). Es responsable del proceso de inspección y ensayos no destructivos (NDT) para la recalificación de DME en la ubicación, incluyendo inspección visual, ultrasonido limitado, partículas magnéticas (MPI) y pruebas de presión. Es responsable de la correcta elaboración de la documentación generada dentro del proceso de recalificación de DME. También es responsable del QA/QC (aseguramiento y control de calidad), la verificación final, la carga y la precisión de los datos en el sistema oficial de Halliburton para la recalificación de DME. Colabora en la supervisión del proceso de recalificación de DME. Es responsable de brindar mentoría a inspectores junior y técnicos de DME. Este rol requiere seguir procesos de trabajo específicos y detallados dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Halliburton (HMS) durante las actividades diarias. También es responsable de asegurar que las tareas se realicen de manera segura, eficiente y eficaz. Realiza su propio trabajo y brinda asistencia a otros según se le indique. Este puesto requiere un nivel muy alto de atención al detalle, un enfoque analítico y una buena comprensión del control documental.
