We are seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our branding and retail marketing initiatives in Istanbul, Turkey. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in branding and retail marketing. Your mission will be to elevate brand awareness, drive retail sales, and cultivate customer loyalty through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Craft and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
2. Retail Support and Store Visibility:
- Partner with sales teams to enhance in-store visibility and customer experience.
- Develop and manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for consistent brand representation.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal merchandising and promotional activities.
3. Co-Marketing with Key Retailers:
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that benefit both Anker and retail partners.
- Coordinate joint promotions, events, and marketing activities to boost brand exposure and sales.
4. Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance engagement.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Track and report on marketing spend and return on investment (ROI).
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail marketing and brand management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, store visibility, and POSM management.
- Experience in co-marketing with key retailers and building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Turkish or Chinese is preferred. Apply
