  Troubleshoot, identify
  and resolve IPT (Cisco) and backbone voice Incidents.
• 
  Troubleshoot value added
  services (Voice Mail, Attendant console, etc...)
• 
  Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC
  systems.
• 
  Administrating all the VoIP, StoneFax and
  call center systems.
• 
  Perform release management activities. (Implement new
  release and upgrades)

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor
  degree in Computer engineering, Communication engineering.
• 
  2+
  years of experience in the same field.
• 
  Proven
  experience in a network and VOIP administrator role
• 
  Hands
  on experience in networking, routing, switching and VOIP
• 
  Experience
  with different vendors of network and VOIP implementation, administration,
  troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• 
  Experienced in VOIP and IP
  Telephony protocols and standards
• 
  CCNP
  R&S, VOIP are a must
