Job Title: Network & Telephony Administrator
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – Minimum 60% On-site)

We are looking for a Network & Telephony Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network, security, and IP telephony infrastructure within a dynamic ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and telephony systems
• 
  Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi controllers, and security appliances
• 
  Manage network security tools including Fortigate firewalls and secure gateways
• 
  Support IP telephony and contact center solutions
• 
  Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents
• 
  Participate in infrastructure improvements, deployments, and automation initiatives
• 
  Maintain network monitoring and capacity management tools

Requirements

• 
  Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Fortinet solutions
• 
  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Windows environments
• 
  Understanding of network architecture, security, and resilience
• 
  Knowledge of scripting and infrastructure automation principles
• 
  French language proficiency required
• 
  Experience with Cisco IP telephony/contact center solutions is an advantage

This role is ideal for a proactive Network Engineer seeking hands-on experience in networking, security, and telephony infrastructure projects.
