seeking a highly motivated Network Technician to support network infrastructure, security systems, and technology deployments across multiple locations. This role sits between the Service Desk and Systems Administration teams, providing hands-on technical support, network troubleshooting, and physical infrastructure installation. The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, collaborating with multiple IT teams, and solving technical challenges in diverse environments.
Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti networking experience

NVR server deployment and troubleshooting
Physical security technology experience
Field Services & Travel:
Cable pulls, installations, and site deployments
Comfortable with travel, man lifts, and physical infrastructure work
Ability to work independently at remote locations
This is a heavily travel-oriented position with approximately 60% travel and 40% office-based work. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, lifting equipment, operating man lifts, and supporting installations at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including:
Cisco
Fortinet
Ubiquiti
Support network connectivity, hardware, and infrastructure initiatives.
Install, configure, and support surveillance camera systems.
Design, deploy, and maintain NVR (Network Video Recorder) server solutions.
Assist with cable pulls and physical network installations.
Partner with Security teams on camera and access control projects.
Travel to various client locations to install, troubleshoot, and support technology solutions.
Operate man lifts and safely perform elevated installation work.
Lift and move networking and security equipment as needed.
Collaborate across Service Desk, Systems Administration, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Provide onsite technical support during deployments, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and/or Ubiquiti technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills across network and infrastructure components.
Experience with surveillance cameras, security systems, or NVR platforms.
Experience pulling cable and assisting with infrastructure installations.
Ability to travel extensively and work onsite at customer locations.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work from man lifts when required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
