DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Analyze the constrained supply plan to identify demand / supply imbalances that require attention
2.Focus on the tactical planning horizon in months 2 to 9 with opportunity to address key risks through month 24
3.Identify risks to meeting customer demand risks to missing Molex performance targets (e.g., inventory health, order fulfillment)
4.For all risks, identify options to mitigate risks and associated impacts to the business
5.Coordinate with other network supply planners, site supply planners and operations teams to assess risk mitigation options and impacts to support decision making and ensure plans are achievable
6.Support the Network Supply Planning Lead to summarize the supply plan, risks and mitigation plans for review at the Supply Review on a monthly basis
7.Support decision making at the pre-exec and executive S&OP forums
8.Perform risk mitigation analysis and collaborate across other planners and operational teams to identify the best path forward to mitigate issues
9.Collaborate with operational teams to manage planning data input quality

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:•University graduate
PREFERRED:•Majored in supply chain management is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:•Work experience with strategic planning, supply planning, or supply chain management
PREFERRED:•GSOP knowledge is preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:•Demand & Supply Planning process experience
•In-depth knowledge of advanced tactical and supply planning policies
•Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning process
•Ability to work with end-to-end supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis Rapid Response)
•Understanding of supply planning tools
•Ability to utilize visualization and communication tools
PREFERRED:•SAP PP module applications; MRP knowledge, Inventory Management
•APICS certificated
•Analytical skill, Power BI Creation
•Presentation, Communication and Proactive driving
