Your Job

Responsible for generating a constrained supply plan to meet forecasted customer demand. Network planners will be organized by product family and be responsible supply across Molex nodes including division plants, global shared plants, and supply chain hubs. They will identify risks to fulfilling customer demand and options to mitigate these risks in coordination with planners and operations.


What You Will Do

  1. Collaborate with INP, MPS, Production Planner, SCH Import Planner, and Demand Planner to develop mid- and long-term constrained supply plans in Rapid Response.
  2. Analyse constrained supply plans to identify supply issues and lead mitigation efforts to resolve risks.
  3. Identify capacity constraint risks during Monthly RCCP reviews. Lead communication with PDM, Process Engineering, MIE, Operation leaders and Finance to ensure timely and appropriate capacity add for the right products.
  4. Manage global capacity balancing for products manufactured across multiple global plants.
  5. Execute the ATO process monthly to prevent material shortages that could impact supply.
  6. Lead the air freight governance process in collaboration with Plant CSR, Import Planning, Global CSR, and Global Logistics to meet freight cost targets.
  7. Regularly review mid- and long-term forecast variances with Demand Planning and collaborate to refine demand signals for execution.
  8. Escalate supply risks (e.g., capacity constraints, material shortages, operational performance) promptly and summary in GSOP Supply review Meeting and GSOE Meeting.
  9. Support the Network Supply Planning Lead in summarizing supply plans, risks, and mitigation strategies for the monthly Global Supply Review Meeting.
  10. Focus on tactical planning for the mid- to long-term horizon (months 3 to 24), including lead-level load planning and annual resource planning.
  11. Collaborate with operational teams to maintain high-quality capacity and master material data.

Lead assigned projects from the Network Supply Planning Lead.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. University graduate.Majored in supply chain management is preferred 2. Work experience with strategic planning, supply planning, or supply chain management 3. Demand & Supply Planning process experience 4. In-depth knowledge of advanced tactical and supply planning 5. Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning process 6. Ability to work with end-to-end supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis Rapid Response) 7. Understanding of supply planning tools 8. Ability to utilize visualization and communication tools 9. Written and spoken English
