Job Description

Your role:

• Support planning and design, provisioning and maintenance of telecommunications works including plants and buildings related works and services aim at achieving Company’s business objectives and quality standards
• Direct all road opening tasks, provide solution design for products and services rollout, and resolve building access requirement matters
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects as well as effective budget management on CAPEX and OPEX
• Oversee contractors’ activities and act as a gatekeeper to monitor the quality of work
• Advise technical solutions on complex site issues during site access and acquisition along with related installations and maintenance implementations
• Facilitate effective communication and cooperation with government parties, utility undertakers and internal stakeholders
• Strive for continuous improvement on operation efficiency and customers’ satisfactions
• Ascertain the fulfilment of related statutory and internal compliance requirements and adhere all predefined procedures and standards
• Take up any special projects as assigned

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering-related disciplines with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience; candidates who have attained other levels of academic qualifications with solid experience in the related fields will also be considered
• Experience in supervising teams and/or contractors with demonstrated leadership skills and project management skills is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and capable of influencing stakeholders of different backgrounds, e.g. Government, Utilities Undertakers
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to translate innovative ideas to practical solutions
• Good command of written Chinese and English; Conversant with spoken Cantonese and English; Proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous
• Candidates with less experience will be considered the role of Senior / Network Solutions Officer
