Compensation: $36.00 - $46.00 an hour
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

Here is what we are looking for:
Education: Whether earned in the classroom or through real-world experience, your technical expertise will help drive success. Associates degree or certification equivalent is required. Two years of equivalent experience may substitute for every one year of education. Network and/or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Experience: Put your troubleshooting expertise to work solving complex technology challenges and supporting employees who count on you. Minimum of three years support experience and hands-on PC/OS troubleshooting, and repair is required. Networking, basic AD administration, and end-user support experience are preferred. Must have reliable transportation for business travel purposes as a requirement of this position.
