What you'll do:

• Participating in installation and maintenance of network / network-security infrastructure
• Independently resolving tasks that appear within incident
• Actively participating in projects
• Updating the knowledge base with new incidents and solutions
• Care about documentation of configurations and system installations
• Occasionally fulfilling the position of Technical Account Manager for certain customers
• Constantly developing and acquiring new technical knowledge
• Responsibly and proactively approach towards work tasks

What we expect:

• Technical University degree or high-school degree with relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience working on similar jobs
• Experience and knowledge for any of the following technologies: Next Generation Firewalls, SASE solutions (preferred, but not mandatory: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco…)
• Knowledge of Cloud networking, SD-WAN and SASE Networking technologies (preferred, but not mandatory: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Umbrella, CATO Networks, Zscaler…)
• Very good English language (written and spoken)
• Owning a driver's license
