Job Description

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer (L2 Support) to support and maintain cloud-based network security services. The role involves incident resolution, infrastructure changes, and ensuring stable and secure network operations across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide Level 2 (L2) support for cloud-based network security services, including firewalls, web proxies, load balancers, and DNS.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve incident and problem tickets within defined service levels.
• 
  Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure service availability and performance.
• 
  Implement and manage changes to network security infrastructure following established change management processes.
• 
  Ensure all changes are properly documented and handed over to operations teams.
• 
  Enforce security and network standards across all implemented solutions.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 
  Minimum of 2 years experience in Telecommunications, Networking, or Network Security.
• 
  Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including:
  • 
    TCP/IP
  • 
    Firewalls
  • 
    IPSec VPN
  • 
    HTTP/HTTPS
  • 
    DNS
• 
  Experience with public cloud networking, preferably:
  • 
    Microsoft Azure
  • 
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • 
    Cloud proxy solutions
• 
  Hands-on experience or strong understanding of at least one:
  • 
    Fortinet Firewalls
  • 
    F5 BIG-IP (Load Balancer)
  • 
    IPSec VPN
  • 
    Web Proxy technologies
• 
  Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
