We're Hiring | Network Relations Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Network Relations Assistant to join a leading organization in the healthcare insurance sector. If you have strong experience in provider network management, hospital relationship management, and medical claims coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
Monitor hospital payments, pending bills, shortfalls, and settlements.
Handle authorization, rejected claims, and reconsideration cases.
Coordinate reconciliation of hospital accounts and ensure timely payments.
Ensure provider agreements and MOUs are executed.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider-related issues.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
4–8 years of relevant experience in Health Insurance, TPA, or Healthcare.
Hands-on experience in provider network management and hospital relationship management.
Good understanding of medical claims, cashless claims, authorizations, and provider payments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
