We are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Manager to join our vendor management team, which is responsible for cultivating vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring reliable coverage, and monitoring vendor performance within assigned vendor territory.  This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and reach of our services to our members by fostering strong relationships and partnerships within the service provider network.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse individuals
- Self-motivated and directed with effective time management skills, ability to work under minimal guidance, and manage multiple projects
- Strong dispute resolution, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated agility and a hybrid skillset, seamlessly blending relationship development expertise with the ability to drive field-level program performance effectively.
Preferred

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Account/Vendor Management
- Client Management or program management experience
- 5+ years of experience in the roadside assistance industry
