Job Description

Mize is a Fintech-travel start-up that uses high-end technology to solve some of the huge challenges of the evolving travel industry and provide real financial value to our network of clients, including more than 200 international clients generating $16 Billion in sales annually. Our headquarters are in Tel Aviv, and we have offices in Argentina, Spain, UK, US, and India.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-facing Network Operations Specialist to join our growing Partners Network Business Unit. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our partners network — managing escalations, resolving booking issues, onboarding accounts, and owning projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Support Ticket Escalation Management — Handle escalated support tickets from both client and supplier sides, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.

Booking Issues & Relocations — Investigate and resolve booking failures and manage relocation requests end-to-end.

Account Onboarding & Optimization — Own and drive key processes during the onboarding and optimization phases for new and existing accounts.

Data Management — Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal tools including CRM and Jira.

Recurring Operational Tasks — Execute ongoing operational tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the network.

Project Ownership — Lead and manage specific projects within the Network Business Unit, driving them from initiation through to successful completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operations or account management role in the travel or tourism industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and suppliers in a commercial and professional manner.

• Hands-on experience working with a project management system

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in a hypergrowth startup environment and mindset - advantage

• Experience with ParSec — an advantage.

English - Native level, both written and verbal with excellent communication skills
