Why we need this role

This position is responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing network solutions, and configuring and deploying network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. The role includes performing maintenance and upgrades such as applying service packs and patches, monitoring performance to ensure system availability and reliability, implementing infrastructure changes in accordance with configuration and change management policies, and continuously developing and maintaining accurate documentation, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs.

当ポジションは、顧客から要件を収集してネットワーク設計を行い、ルーター・スイッチ・ファイアウォールなどの機器の設定・導入を担当いただきます。サービスパックやパッチ適用を含む保守・アップグレードを実施し、パフォーマンスを監視してシステムの可用性と信頼性を維持し、構成管理および変更管理ポリシーに従ってインフラ変更を行い、概念設計・論理構成・物理構成などの正確なドキュメントを継続的に整備をご担当いただきます。

What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting and restore the incident
• For technical matters, do conference call with customer along with technical support to explain the issue
• Handling for customer inquiry
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Work within established configuration and change management policies, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all systems, inclusive of conceptual, logical and physical documentation

• 技術的な課題に関して、技術サポートと連携しながら顧客とのカンファレンスコールを行い、問題の説明を行う
• 顧客からの各種問い合わせ対応を行う
• サービスパック、パッチ、ホットフィックス、セキュリティ設定を含む、ネットワーク保守およびシステムアップグレードを実施する
• システムのパフォーマンスを監視し、可用性および信頼性を確保する
• 既存の構成管理・変更管理ポリシーに基づき、ネットワークインフラに対する変更の承認および成功を確実にする
• コンセプト設計、論理構成、物理構成を含む、すべてのシステムに関する詳細かつ正確なドキュメントを作成・維持する

What we're looking for

• IP network experience (Support desk, Trouble shooting etc)
• Business level in Japanese and English
• Hands-on network experience
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, Static routing)
• CCNA, CCNP are preferable

• ネットワークハンズオン経験
• ネットワークプロトコールの基礎知識 (e.g., BGP, OSPF, Static routing)
