Out-of-Home Network Operations Manager – North

Location: North – field based with travel across the region

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + car allowance

Help shape the future of Out-of-Home delivery at Evri

Out-of-Home is a major part of the future of parcel delivery, giving customers greater choice and convenience through an expanding network of ParcelShops and lockers.

We’re looking for an experienced Out-of-Home Network Operations Manager – North to play a key role in building, launching and continuously improving our OOH operation.

Working in partnership with our Head of OOH and Head of Change, You’ll take operational accountability for OOH network performance across the North, creating an operation that can support commercial growth while delivering the service, efficiency and cost performance we expect.

This isn’t simply about managing an established network. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how it works.

What you’ll be doing

You'll be the operational lead for OOH across your region, bringing together Area Partnership teams, Field Teams, Planning, Performance, Commercial, Finance and Central functions.

  • Lead the operational delivery and ongoing development of our OOH network, ensuring successful implementation of New Orleans and embedding learnings as the network continues to grow.
  • Own regional OOH performance, budgets and CPU targets, driving service, cost efficiency, profitability and year-on-year improvements.
  • Partner with Area Delivery, Partnership and Field teams to embed the OOH proposition, build capability and ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Shape an efficient and scalable OOH network, working with Planning teams to optimise routes, sortation, collections and the operational integration of new locations.
  • Lead supplier and operational performance, working with Commercial, Finance, Performance and negotiation teams to set targets, resolve service challenges and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Drive the future OOH operating model, using MI, automation and process improvement to support the continued expansion of our ParcelShop and locker network.

What we’re looking for

This role needs someone who understands large, complex logistics operations and can turn strategy into something that works on the ground.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience of managing a multi-million-pound operational budget across multiple cost lines
  • Significant experience within large-scale final-mile delivery operations, ideally at network or national level
  • Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of cost, service and operational performance
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive action
  • A customer-focused approach, balancing service with commercial and operational requirements
  • Confidence working with data, MI and digital dashboards to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • A current UK driving licence

Why this role?

OOH is changing how customers send, receive and return parcels.

This role gives you the opportunity to be at the centre of that change at Evri. You’ll influence how our OOH network is designed, how new locations are integrated into our operation, how effectively they perform and how the model develops as the network grows.

If you’re experienced in complex final-mile operations and want the opportunity to build, influence and improve a growing national network, we’d love to hear from you.
