The opportunity
As an Electrical Engineer in Network Operations & Maintenance at Hitachi Energy The Netherlands B.V., you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of our critical power network infrastructure. You will proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical network systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance, contributing directly to the stability and efficiency of our energy solutions.
How you'll make an impact
Support the SLA Project Manager with technical compliance of the onsite activities
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
Supervise the maintenance teams and external contractors onsite to ensure SLA compliance
Recording of the onsite activities of the contractors
Advice on cost control and optimization measures to the SLA Project Manager
Supporting maintenance engineering with technical compliance
Maintain maintenance documentation and reports
Communicate with customers for the onsite daily activities
Document and follow up of quality topics related to SLA maintenance locations by using relevant tool CCRP, NCR etc
Your background
Experienced Maintenance Coordinator, educated on Bachelor level, strong background in network operations and SLA compliance
Technical expertise in maintenance engineering, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and environmental standards
Knowledge of and compliance with NEN 3140, NEN 3840 (electrical safety and working procedures)
Leadership skills to supervise onsite teams and contractors, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of tasks
Process-oriented mindset with ability to optimize costs, maintain accurate documentation, and implement improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for customer interaction and coordination with back-office teams
